Welcome to one and all! This is my first entry on this blog, so I am going to just go over some basics about what this particular section will be about.
I used to get my hair cut by a man who is known as "Jim the Barber" (and although he is retired, everyone still knows him by this title). One day, I was getting my hair cut by him and as we were talking, he said, "There are two things they told us to never discuss at barber school: politics and religion. Here, those are the two things we discuss most." I like to discuss controversial matters. Nothing is more dear to a person than their religious (or non-religious) affiliation. In this blog, I will be discussing topics as I see them from my Evangelical Christian background.
The types of topics I would like to discuss on this page have a wide range. We will discuss current matters of science in relation to religion, relationships, social issues, church matters, and anything else that I stumble across. I would love this page to be an interfaith discussion. By this, I don't mean I only want Christians of various denominations giving input or subscribing. I want to hear from Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Zoroastrians, Atheists. If you don't know what to think about the existence of God, please, please, please read my blog. I would love to have an intelligent conversation with you.
